Industry Engaged Research Breakfast Forum a success

With over 35 people in attendance from both universities and Government, last week in Adelaide we hosted a breakfast forum which focused on university research collaboration with industry and governments.

After Chief Scientist Dr Leanna Read opened with seven reasons why growing industry engaged research was essential for South Australia, three research leaders with high profile research with industry or Government discussed their ‘seven principles guiding an enduring relationship’.

This was followed by project management consultant Brenton Scroop who highlighted the growing importance of researchers managing research projects according to sound project management principles.
