She has highly effective approaches to performance management; she can teach others to manage conflict in the workplace before it becomes toxic and she thrives on recruiting the right person for the job.  Sheilagh’s approach to executive coaching is to be led by the coachee in the direction they are going but she will not shy away from giving direct advice and provide the necessary tools where constructive leadership is the goal.
