Jacki Douglas - Director

Jacki’s skills as an Office Manager in the private sector and many years experience at the highest level of Personal Assistant ensure that all the details of a project are covered and project deadlines are met.

Jacki is a professional editor and is responsible for the proofing and design of the high quality reports produced by Ethos Australia. Jacki also runs a professional editing and proof reading service and has a number of clients who forward documents that require revision before printing, often on a short timeframe.

Jacki takes an active role in the management of focus groups and other consultative processes and has worked in the defence sector (community based focus group design and analysis), the aged care and retirement village sector (development of survey tool and analysis) and the heavy engineering sector (customer and staff survey analysis).

Jacki is accredited as a Team Management Systems Trainer.
